How long does the experience last?
Our show is about an hour and fifty minutes of fun and laughter.

Are there animals in the show?
No, we are an animal-free circus! The evolution of the circus and the people's choice has led us to make the artists the greatness of our show.
Is there an age requirement?
No. Bring the whole family!
Can I take photos or record the experience?
We encourage you to take as many pictures and short videos as you like and post them on social media, don't forget to tag us! #CircusVazquez. However, please don't use flash or professional equipment and tripods.
Can we take pictures with the performers?
At the end of the show, you have the chance to take pictures with some of the performers. Get the picture for 20 dollars.

Are small children free?
Children below two years old have free admission.
Can I choose my seats?
We have three sections: Preferred, Section C (Center), and General. At the moment, all of our areas are first-come, first-serve in online and box office purchases.
What's the difference between all the sections?

Do I need to print my ticket?
No, you can come with your electronic vouchers or QR codes.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Unfortunately, there are no refunds or exchanges.
Discounts
How can I get the $10 off?
You don't have to do anything; online adult tickets are $10 less than at the box office.
Do you guys do giveaways?
You can listen to your local media and look on social media for giveaway opportunities.
Is there a Military discount?
Yes, there is $5 off for military ID carriers.
Can I get group discounts?

About the access and installations
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
Our experience is indoor. Our pink and blue tent is waiting for you and your whole family.
Is there air conditioning?
Our circus tent is equipped with heating and air conditioning for your convenience.
Are wheelchairs available to rent?
No, but we accommodate any guest with special needs at our best.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
We provide accessibility for handicapped guests. Just go to the box office for assistance, or any of our ushers will be glad to help.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Portable toilets will be available on site
Do I need to wear a mask?
Masks are not mandatory but recommended.
Do I need to be vaccinated?
Vaccination is not mandatory but recommended.
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended to arrive 1 hour before showtime.
What happens if I arrive late?
You're welcome if you want to go despite the time, but we strongly recommend enjoying the whole show, so an exchange of tickets for another showtime can be done.
Are service dogs allowed?
Yes! You may be accompanied by your furry fellow as long as it's a Registered Service Dog.
Is it apt for people with autism?
We do not recommend it because the volume could be very loud, and the lights could be overwhelming for hypersensitive people.
Is the venue ADA compliant? Is there parking available?
Yes, the venue has plenty of parking space available at no cost.
Queens, City Field-Parking might be subject to fees if managed by third parties.
What if the weather is bad?
If the weather requires a cancellation of the show, we can either exchange your tickets or make a refund. If the show isn't canceled, but you still decide to come, we can honor your tickets for any other show as long as they weren't used.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Flash photography, alcohol, firearms, outside drinks, and food; anything which may disturb the other patrons.
