Well it happened again see pictures. How in the hell can you miss with a piece of cheese? I don't get it or they retards? Where is quality control ? Do they not freaking care?

Hands down worst experience with any McDonald's restaurant EVER. 😡 After spending $40 on my meal I was utterly disappointed with every single M nugget of the 40 that I purchased cold and very obviously WAY passed safe holding/serving times. I understand that McDonald's is faced everyday with the challenge of pleasing all customers whether they are in such a rush that they don't mind sacrificing food quality in exchange for speed/convenience but I personally don't mind waiting the few extra minutes that it takes to get my order hot and fresh. Especially when McDonald's now charges the same prices as nice "sit down" restaurants without the classy atmosphere or menu options.

Absolutely the worst kept MCDONALD'S I have ever been to. Staff was rude, the floor was sticky and a huge puddle right in front of the counter. No one was in the place, yet even after requests by customers to mop up floor (one customer even offered to mop themselves), no one "working" would do it.

Ordered a large fry, coffee, and co*ke. Took 20 minutes, and that's only because I finally asked what was going on and the cashier who had just been standing there went and prepared it. I get that there are staffing issues and am pretty patient, but this is unacceptable. It was supposed to be a quick snack stop on our road trip and I highly regret it. Fries weren't even fresh despite us asking for fresh fries, too.
